PAYMENT POLICY

Deposits:

All charter boat reservations require a deposit of at least $100.00

All open boat reservations require a deposit of at least 50% of total fare.

CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT:

Once a reservation is made the following terms and conditions apply.

Cancellations made prior to 14 days will receive a full refund less $25.00 administration fee.

Cancellations made between the 14th day prior to the charter and the 7th day , all moneys paid will be placed towards a future trip on the BARBARA ANNE, Customer will have choice of any available date.

Cancellations made after the 7th day prior to the charter are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Any trip canceled within 24Hrs of departure will be charged for the entire price of the charter as shown above (your card will be processes for the balance due).
